Rating Format

Another suggestion for the format:

[b]Notes:[/b]
[b]Goals:[/b]

and...

Code:: [b]Character Being rated:[/b]
[b]Weapons #/10:[/b]
[b]Overall Rating #/40:[/b]
[b]Advice:[/b]

Also, isn't it awkward for the Rater format that there is only one rating area but the overall rating is to 40?

Maybe add amount of gold as a thing to rate on?
