this is suggestion for blood hound...
well, as i see, there is a lot of mods in this forum, but not all are active...
so, i suggest to down-grade mods level for mods who are not active,
example: if a mod didnt suggest for like 5 days, he will down grade and wont be a mod anymore, but if he open a thread about that he needs to go somewhere or that he goes to a vaction, he wont be down …
